By submitting the evaluation form, you give consent to store your entered information in our sales database for sales purposes.
By checking the checkbox I agree to receive email communications from JRebel by Perforce, you give consent for your data being added to our marketing database for marketing communications.

What Kind of Data is Being Collected When Signing Up for an Evaluation?
The collected information includes your first name, last name, work email, phone number and company name. In addition, the approximate number of developers in your company is stored. Submitting the phone number is optional.
Revoking Consent and the Right to be Forgotten
To request removal from the database, contact us at privacy@perforce.com. Once you contact us about revoking your consent, we delete all personally identifiable information (PII) from your profile within a reasonable time.
